Isolation and identification of heterotrophic microorganisms

Estimation of the total amount of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms (microscopic fungi, yeasts, bacteria). Isolation of microorganisms degrading various substrata of organic and inorganic origin (isolation of microorganisms degrading cellulose and other substrata, acid-producing fungi, and assessment of  sulphate-reducing bacteria). Identification of micromycetes and yeasts using clasical and molecular methods. The service can be applied in environment monitoring programs, projects and studies, research reports,  method optimisation  and preparation of recomendations.
