The main scientific and applied research areas and developing the concept of the Internet of Things smart automated accounting and management systems are:
· studies related to environmental pollution due to increase in wasteful energy production and consumption.
· energy resources, accounting, and management processes and modeling studies. Work process model, the basis of which realized an automated energy accounting and management system.
· the housing or building heating systems, problem analysis and management methods analysis and research, developed housing model.
· parallel and Distributed Processing, required parallel and distributed real-time and applied research, with the result obtained knowledge used in software development. Developed infrastructure consisting of application systems, operating systems, communication network and the intermediate layer of functionality and data-flow test model.
